Our Return and Refund Policy
1. Customers can return any unused item(s) with their tags attached within 14 days after the delivery date of the order.
2. All returns inside UAE are free of cost. We will collect the items within 2-3 working days once you place a return request.
3. International returns: For now, customers will have to ship the item(s) on their own expense to our warehouse on the following address: Robostore warehouse, 28b street, Al Qouz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE. (Please make sure to write the order number on an empty piece of paper and put it inside the shipment bag).
4. Once we receive the items back in our warehouse, we will send to you a store credit voucher with the value of the returned items on your email which you can use to re-order the replacement items that you want.
5. Only UAE orders are eligible for a card refund. Usually, card refunds take 7-10 working days to reflect on the bank account that is linked to the card that you used to pay for your order.
6. All International orders, Tabby orders and Cash on delivery orders will be refunded as store credit vouchers only.
7. Exchange: For now, we do not have a direct exchange service. However, you can return your items and we will send to you a store credit voucher so you can re-order the replacement items that you want.
