Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• You have 7 days from the date you received your items to make a return/exchange.
• Upon request and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.
• Rzist does not currently offer refunds - just exchanges.
• Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
• Item(s) cannot be returned if the original tag has been cut/removed.
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
• Exchanging an item for a different size is possible but could come with an extra shipping fee.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
• Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons i.e. men's underwear, socks, shakers, etc.
• The management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
